Our culinary team creates meals and classes that reflect both the current season, the natural bounty of our farm and our unique Northwest location. We also work with guest chefs and other talented instructors to offer additional classes from butchery to art.

We are proud to welcome guest *Chef Maximillian Petty of Eden Hill, who will be joining us for the inaugural dinner of our “Chef in the Garden Series”. 

The 5 course dinner is designed & prepared by Chef Max to showcase the summer bounty of the Pacific NW. 

Guests will be welcomed with a sip and bite while taking a leisurely walk through the gardens. Chef Max will share his ties to farming and the Peninsula’s bounty. Dinner to follow in our historic farmhouse. 

Price includes a 5 course dinner with pairing and gratuity. Tickets are non refundable however they are transferable. In case of cancellation by the guest chef or the dinner in general, full purchase price shall be refunded.


* About Maximmillian Petty, Executive Chef/owner: Born and raised in Bothell, Max’s career began in his sister’s Port Angeles restaurant at age 15. Max studied culinary arts at Lane Community College in Eugene, OR and has worked at restaurants across the United States, including Zaytinya, Creme, King Estate Winery, and Olivia. He was a 2016 and 2017 James Beard Rising Star Chef of the Year semi-finalist, an Eater Young Gun semi-finalist, one of Austin’s Under 40 and Zagat’s 30 Under 30. Max lives on Queen Anne with his wife and son, and his favorite animal is the koala.

Year round, on Tuesday evenings, we open the Farm House to the community for an open-seating dinner between 5:00 – 8:30PM (Yep! No reservations!). Our a la carte menu reflects the season and fresh local ingredients. Come enjoy fabulous food with local folks to celebrate both the bounty of Bainbridge Island’s Heyday Farm as well as  other wonderful regional producers.
